Shipping
The only shipping choice is by product download - for which there is of course no shipping charge. If you pay online you will be able to begin your download as soon as you finish check-out. Otherwise, to download the product, either click on the link that will be sent to you in your confirmation email, or return to this site and click on 'My Account'. Log into your account and find the order, which will include the download link.
Click on 'download' and choose to save the file to your hard drive.
Returns
We will consider requests for a refund sympathetically, but we cannot guarantee a refund unless there is clearly a problem with the item, which cannot be put right quickly and efficiently. To obtain a refund, you can email us at support@spiraltemplates.co.uk, stating clearly the nature of the problem, plus please remember to give us your name and the order number.
All our products are supported, and if you email us at support@spiraltemplates.co.uk we will do our best to fix the problem. If you are having problems with installation we may be able to do the installation for you, though there may be a small fee for this, unless of course the problem is due to a fault in the template. Please email us for further details, or consult our FAQ.
