Conditions of Use
If you download a web page template from us, you will have the right to use the web page template as many times as you wish to create websites for either business or personal use. However you are not entitled to resell the template, nor to give away copies to anyone without explicit consent from the copyright holder. If you are a developer downloading the template to create a site or sites for someone else that is fine, but the restrictions on re-sale and redistribution still apply.
Please note that we retain the copyright to these templates, and you may not remove any copyright information contained in the code or the 'template_details.xml' file included with Joomla templates. However if you do any design work on the template yourself you are entitled to add additional copyright information of your own.
If you are in any doubt, you should contact us to ask.
Branding
If you have downloaded a free template you may not remove branding notice 'Website design by Inspiration'. If you have purchased a template you may remove visible branding information (and add your own). However, as noted above you may not remove copyright information contained in the code.
Downloads
In order to download a product you will need to register with us - it will only take a moment - then go through check-out. If you are downloading a free product you will not be charged for downloading the product, but it is one of the conditions that we ask that you say who you are. We have put a lot work into creating these templates, and we do not think that this is much to ask in return. We will not share your details with anyone else. However if you feel strongly that this is an imposition then you can of course give false details.
If you are purchasing a template you will need to go through check-out and make a payment. As soon as your payment has been processed you can dowload your order. In the case of on-line payments this can begin immediately.
